Plant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Plant Manager to lead a food ingredients manufacturing and blending operation. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving excellence across safety, quality, production, regulatory compliance, and team development while supporting growth, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will oversee all plant operations, including production, maintenance, inventory, warehousing, planning, and distribution. They will build and develop high-performing teams, implement operational improvements, ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, and lead strategic projects that enhance productivity and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and optimize all manufacturing and plant operations.
- Drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, cost, and customer service.
- Develop, coach, and mentor managers, supervisors, and plant personnel.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including GMP and HACCP requirements.
- Oversee production planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
- Lead capital projects, process improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Champion a strong health and safety culture throughout the facility.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science,



Operations Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in food manufacturing, food ingredients, or related processing environments.
- 7+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors and managers.
- Strong knowledge of food safety systems, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in ingredient blending, dry powder processing, or similar manufacturing operations is an asset.

Pay: $120,000.00-$170,000.00 per year
