Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role provides vital support to pharmacists and ensures the smooth operation of pharmacy services. Duties

- Assist pharmacists with dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
- Prepare prescription labels and package medications for patient pickup
- Maintain and organize pharmacy inventory, including restocking supplies
- Enter patient information and medication data into pharmacy systems with attention to detail
- Provide excellent patient care by answering questions and offering guidance under supervision
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping




- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, medication storage regulations, and confidentiality standards
- Support medication administration processes as needed, including verifying prescriptions and assisting with medication reconciliation

Qualifications

- Previous pharmacy technician experience is a must
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and confidentiality
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care and supporting healthcare professionals
- Expert knowledge in working with Fillware system for data entry.

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
