- English language
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
- Knowledge of welding techniques, including Gas metal arc welding (GMAW)
- Able to stand for extended periods work within a fast-paced environment and have an attention for detail to ensure tight deadlines are met
- Steel-toed safety boots; welding helmet and gloves
- Current welding certification is an asset
- For those who do not have CWB certification, Camalor will assist in this process
- Any experience reading blueprints is an asset

Duties

- To learn and work with Senior welders, manufacturing large complex weldments
- Learn to read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes
- Learn to interpret welding process specifications
- Learn to operate manual welding equipment




- Learn to operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products
- Learn to examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications
