Job Description – Construction Apprentice / Contractor’s Right-Hand

We are looking for a hardworking, dependable, and hands-on apprentice to work directly alongside our main contractor/project manager.

This person will essentially become the contractor’s right-hand person, assisting him with the day-to-day work required to keep our renovation projects moving efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Work side-by-side with our contractor/project manager on residential renovation projects
- Complete daily tasks assigned by the contractor
- Assist with general construction and renovation work
- Help with installations, finishing work, preparation, cleanup, and various job-site tasks
- Keep tools, materials, and work areas organized
- Be willing to learn new skills and take direction




- Help maintain the high level of quality and attention to detail expected on our projects
- Work efficiently when deadlines or job-site pressure require it

Construction or renovation experience is an asset, but we are also open to someone who has good hands-on abilities, a strong work ethic, and is genuinely willing to learn.
