Position Summary

We are looking for an organized, dependable team member to assist with customer service, shipping, and basic office administration. This position plays an important role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.

Responsibilities

- Answer customer phone calls and emails.
- Enter customer orders into our system.
- Prepare shipping documents and courier labels.
- Coordinate daily shipments with courier companies.
- Enter supplier invoices and basic bills into our accounting system.
- File paperwork and maintain organized records.
- Assist customers with order updates and general inquiries.
- Communicate with production staff regarding order status.




- Help with inventory counts and office support as required.

Qualifications

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous office, customer service, shipping, or administrative experience is an asset.

Compensation
