About the Role

As a Front Desk Associate, you are the first point of contact for our members and guests, creating an exceptional first impression every time. You’ll focus on closing leads, supporting current members, and keeping our club running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet members and guests, ensuring everyone feels welcome and valued.
- Close membership sales and follow up with virtual leads promptly and professionally.
- Support members with account questions, scheduling, and general assistance.
- Assist with light cleaning, stock communication, social media contributions, and occasional event support.
- Build relationships with members to promote a strong, connected community culture.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in sales and/or customer service is an asset.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Energetic, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Passion for fitness and wellness

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 44 per week
