Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team starting immediately. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential cleaning, cottage turnover experience a must and possess excellent organizational skills and pay attention to details. This is physically demanding job and requires you to be physically fit.

Must have experience and transportation. Must be reliable and love to clean. Must be detail oriented and live in the Kawartha Lakes area preferably near or in Lindsay Ontario. Must be bondable and have a clean records check.

- Clean (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, washrooms etc.) Deep Cleaning and outdoor grounds cleaning and spa chemical treatment is required.
- Perform and document routine cleaning activities
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects like oven cleaning or washing ceilings and walls
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Make suggestions and keep track of client preferences




- Stock and maintain supplies
- Cooperative and motivated individuals are welcome
- Follow all health and safety regulations

- Perform general cleaning tasks in residential properties
- Launder and change bed linens
- Provide high-quality customer service to clients
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes

Requirements

- Proven working experience as a cleaner
- Ability to handle equipment
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Integrity and honesty imperative, with police check required
- Drivers license and abstract, cell phone, geographical knowledge of area is required

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 28.0 per week
