We are looking for a Plant Manager for one of our manufacturing clients near Edmonton, AB.

Pay - 120K

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead daily plant operations with a solid focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

- Develop and implement operational strategies to meet business objectives.

- Manage plant budgets and monitor overall operational performance.

- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards and customer expectations.

- Translate sales forecasts into production plans and optimize workforce utilization.

- Coach and develop supervisors and plant employees to improve performance.

- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

- Oversee preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability.





- Support capital improvement projects and drive continuous process improvements.

- Manage inventory levels and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to support business goals.

- Prepare operational reports and analyze key performance metrics.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- 7 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience, including plant management.

- Strong leadership and team development skills.

- Experience managing budgets, production planning, and plant operations.
