Overview
We are seeking a Mandarin and Cantonese speaking Pharmacy Manager (DM) to lead our pharmacy team and act as a compounding supervisor. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, sterile and non-sterile compounding, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, OCP regulations, NAPRA standards and deliver exceptional patient care. Your leadership will help maintain our reputation for quality service and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, sterile and non-sterile compounding, minor ailment assessment, inventory control, and staff scheduling
- Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy assistants and support staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient service
- Oversee compounding process, ensuring accuracy and safety for all patients
- Maintain compliance with healthcare laws, pharmacy regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care plans, compounding formulations,



especially in acute care and pediatric cases
- Educate patients on medication use, potential side effects through Medscheck program, and health management strategies
- Keep detailed records of prescriptions, master formulae, compound breakdown sheet, risk assessment, patient interactions, and regulatory documentation

Requirements

- Proven experience working in a compounding pharmacy as a sterile compounding supervisor is highly preferred
- Speak Mandarin and Cantonese besides English
- Strong knowledge in developing master formulae and doing risk assessments.
- Experience in compounding eye drops, injectable, capsules, suppository, rectal rocket, etc. is a plus
- Excellent patient care skills with a focus on safety and accuracy
- Ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple responsibilities
- Certification as a licensed pharmacist in good standing is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure compliance and quality standards

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
