About the Role

Accentify is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our showroom, sales team, installers, and daily operations.

This hands-on role includes assisting walk-in clients, presenting products, booking sales appointments, coordinating installation schedules, maintaining inventory records, and preparing materials for pickups and installations.

The position requires someone who is comfortable multitasking, working with clients, and lifting wall panels or materials weighing more than 50 lbs. On rare occasions, local travel may be required to assist with panel deliveries.

Responsibilities

* Open and close the Showroom

* Welcome and assist walk-in and scheduled clients

* Present wall panels, colours, finishes, and installation options

* Explain the general installation process and next steps

* Collect client details, measurements, photos, and project information

* Book and confirm appointments for the sales team

* Plan and update installation schedules for installers

* Ensure installers receive complete job and client information

* Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels

* Receive, organize, and prepare panels,



samples, and materials

* Support customer pickups and installation preparation

* Keep the showroom clean, organized, and client-ready

* Update booking, inventory, and client systems

* Assist with occasional local panel deliveries when required

* Safely lift and move materials weighing **50+ lbs**

Requirements

* Experience in customer service, administration, scheduling, showroom operations, retail, or a related field

* Solid organization, communication, and multitasking skills

* Professional and confident when assisting clients

* Comfortable using booking, inventory, email, and computer systems

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

* Physically able to lift and move items weighing more than **50 lbs**

* Available to work full-time, standard daytime hours on-site

* Valid driver’s license is an asset

Assets

* Experience with renovations, wall panels, construction materials, interior finishes, or home improvement

* Experience coordinating installers, contractors, deliveries, or field teams

* Experience with inventory management or appointment scheduling
