Production Associate – Cannabis Manufacturing Full-Time Contract | Leamington, ON Build Your Experience in the Cannabis Manufacturing Industry

ACCU-STAFF is currently recruiting reliable and detail-oriented Production Associates on behalf of one of our valued clients in Leamington, Ontario.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated production environment. As a Production Associate, you will support various stages of the manufacturing process, including packaging, labeling, inspection, quality control, and general production duties.

We're looking for individuals who value quality, safety, teamwork, and consistency and are ready to contribute to a growing production team.

What You'll Be Doing

- Package, label, inspect, and prepare cannabis products according to company standards and applicable Health Canada requirements
- Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality and accuracy
- Prepare materials and supplies required for daily production activities
- Verify labels, packaging information, and batch documentation
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Production Practices (GPP)
- Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, workstations, and production areas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work environment
- Properly wear and maintain all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Assist with general production, packaging, and quality control duties as required
- Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production and quality targets

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, general labour, or the cannabis industry is considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures




- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and repetitive production environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and walking for extended periods
- Able to wear required PPE, including masks, respirators, gloves, hairnets, and hearing protection
- Strong English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
- Reliable transportation is required, as the facility is not accessible by public transit
- Must be able to successfully complete a criminal background check
- Training will be provided to candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
