Commission Hairstylist – Join Our Growing Salon

Location: Winnipeg, MB

We're looking for a talented and motivated Commission Hairstylist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a stylist who is passionate about their craft and looking to grow in a skilled, supportive environment.

Our salon is located on a busy main street in Winnipeg, offering excellent visibility and strong potential for walk-in traffic. We also actively invest in marketing and promotions to help increase bookings and support our stylists' growth.

Responsibilities

- Provide skilled consultations and exceptional customer service
- Perform haircuts, colouring, styling, balayage, highlights, blowouts, and other hair services




- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Keep your workstation clean and organized
- Recommend professional home-care products when appropriate

Qualifications

- Valid Manitoba Hairstylist Licence or Apprentice Registration (if applicable)
- Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, and styling
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- An existing clientele is preferred but not required. Stylists who are motivated to grow their client base are also encouraged to apply.
