Edmonton Trailer Sales and Leasing Ltd. located in the Clairmont industrial area is seeking a full time Service Writer/Parts Assistant to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting the general manager and independently handling the service desk and other duties as required.

Hours of the position are 8am to 5pm with occasional overtime. As the key person at the front desk, good attendance and punctuality are a must.

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers on the phone or in person in a courteous manner.
- Handle service inquiries and work with the General Manager to create and manage service orders with accuracy.
- Assist the parts department as needed with parts orders and procurement.
- Process customer payments and submit payment reports to head office.
- Review timecards and employee leave forms accurately and submit to head office.
- Monitor office supply inventory, maintain office records and perform other administrative tasks as required.





· Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language.

- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks with regular interruptions.
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office suite.
- Minimum 2 years experience in service writing, parts or related administration is required.
- Knowledge of heavy-duty equipment, trucking or dealership industry is an asset.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
