We're the Sault's first new contrast therapy and social wellness concept getting ready to open in the Sault, and we're starting to build out the team that will bring our classes to life. If you're the kind of person who lights up a room and lives for cold plunges, this might be for you.

A little about what we're building:

The Jayl House is built around the contrast cycle — hot sauna, cold plunge, repeat. Our classes will host a group of guests at a time and turn that cycle into an experience: social, music-driven, energizing, the kind of thing people leave feeling reset.

The role:

You're not teaching from the front of the room. You're in the sauna with our guests, hyping them up, making sure the sauna is at the perfect temp, sharing the perks of contrast therapy, coaching their breath, cracking jokes, and holding the energy of the whole class from start to finish. You make first-timers feel welcomed and at ease in the space. You curate the playlist. You bring the personality. You make people feel like they just had the best 75 minutes of their week. You also reset the space between classes and keep everything clean and sanitary in line with APH standards.

You might be a fit if you:

- Have your own contrast therapy practice — especially cold exposure — or are genuinely ready to start one. Non-negotiable.



You need to know the feeling better than anyone else in the room.
- Are physically and mentally able to lead inside a hot sauna environment while staying present and engaged with guests
- Bring strong group energy — fitness instructor, performer, hospitality pro, hype DJ, or camp counselor vibes
- Can read a room, adjust on the fly, and confidently tell a guest when it's time to take a break
- Have current CPR/First Aid (or are willing to get certified before your first class)
- Are reliable, on time, and a genuine pleasure to work with
- Take pride in keeping a space clean and sanitary between classes (APH standards)

A few details:

- 2 positions available
- Independent contractor roles — we're planning 1–2 guided classes per day, 4 days a week, 75 minutes each. You set your availability, we book you for the classes that work for both of us.
- Per-class rate with performance-based bonuses — based on experience
- Located in Sault Ste. Marie, ON
