Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning as needed
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash bags to ensure facilities are fully equipped
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues or areas requiring special attention
- Follow health and safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent hazards or accidents
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed accurately




- Report any damages or maintenance needs to the facilities management team promptly

Requirements

- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning routines
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures for safety compliance
- Reliable with excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
