Key Responsibilities

- Food preparation — Prepare menu items according to Hilton brand standards
- Station management — Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Quality control — Ensure consistency, portion accuracy, and proper presentation
- Safety compliance — Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines
- Team collaboration — Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to support smooth service
- Inventory support — Assist with stock rotation, labeling, and minimizing waste

Qualifications

- Kitchen experience in a hotel, restaurant, or banquet setting
- Strong knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques




- Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to high standards
- Food Handler Certification
- Smart Serve
