Join our dynamic team as a General Warehouse Worker and become a vital part of our rapid-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for efficiently handling warehouse distribution tasks, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods through shipping and receiving processes. Your mechanical knowledge and warehouse experience will help keep operations running seamlessly, supporting our commitment to timely deliveries and exceptional service. Duties

- Load and unload shipments using heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, and cranes to ensure safe handling of goods
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment, utilizing order picker tools and warehouse management systems
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, and other equipment following safety protocols
- Helping with shipping and receiving activities with attention to detail to verify quantities and document transactions
- Hole punching into rubber belting. cutting/slitting of belting & rubber.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote a safe working environment




- Working with rubber - gluing, buffing and installing.

Skills

- Proven warehouse distribution experience with familiarity in order picking, shipping & receiving, and inventory management
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, and other machinery safely
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems for tracking inventory and processing orders
- Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly while maintaining proper safety techniques
- Experience with load & unload procedures using various types of heavy equipment
- Need valid drivers license.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with active communication skills for efficient teamwork

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
