About the Role : We are seeking a dynamic AI-Focused Product Manager with 6–10 years of experience in product management and delivery. The ideal candidate combines technical fluency in AI/ML with solid product leadership, capable of defining product vision, managing globally distributed teams, and driving enterprise-scale AI initiatives. This role demands a balance of strategic product ownership, hands-on execution, and inclusive leadership across diverse geographies.

Required Skills & Experience:

- AI/ML Expertise: Understanding of AI/ML workflows, data pipelines, and cloud-native AI platforms.
- Product Lifecycle: Proven track record managing products from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
- Agile & DevOps: Strong knowledge of Agile delivery, SDLC, and DevOps practices.
- Global Team Leadership: Experience leading onshore/offshore product and engineering teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Skilled at aligning technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
- Risk & Compliance: Awareness of AI ethics, data governance, and compliance frameworks.

- AI Project Roadmap: Define and communicate project vision, milestones, and deliverables.
- Execution Oversight: Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Requirement Translation: Convert business needs into actionable technical tasks.
- Agile Participation: Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the bridge between business challenges and AI-driven solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet functional and ethical standards.

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour
