Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they walk in
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by adhering to food safety protocols and sanitation procedures
- Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods




- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with serving protocols and customer interactions
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and sanitation standards within the food industry
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and order calculations
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
