Duties

- Assist licensed therapists in preparing treatment rooms and ensuring a clean, comfortable workplace for clients
- Perform basic massage techniques and bodywork procedures under supervision, following established protocols
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Maintain accurate records of treatments performed and client progress in compliance with clinic policies
- Follow all safety and hygiene standards, including proper sanitation of equipment and treatment areas

Requirements





- Currently enrolled in or actively pursuing a RMT program
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and bodywork practices
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to connect positively with clients
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and listen attentively to client concerns
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols
- A proactive attitude with a passion for helping others improve their health and wellness
- Prior experience in a healthcare or customer service setting is a plus but not required
