Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Counterbalance and Reach Operator, Order Picker, where your energy and precision will keep our operations running smoothly! In this vital role, you will operate counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks, and clamp trucks to efficiently handle, organize, and distribute goods within our busy warehouse. Your mechanical knowledge and expertise in order picking will ensure accurate inventory management while maintaining a safe and productive environment. Responsibilities

- Safely operate counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks, clamp trucks, and order pickers to move materials throughout the warehouse
- Perform accurate order picking and packing tasks using warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure correct shipments
- Conduct heavy lifting of goods and materials while adhering to safety protocols
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance checks
- Assist with inventory organization, stock rotation, and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Follow safety guidelines during all operations, including proper stacking, load securing, and equipment handling




- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse layout and improve overall workflow efficiency

Requirements

- Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklift, reach truck, clamp truck, or order picker
- Mechanical knowledge or background is highly desirable for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software for order picking and tracking
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards at all times
- Valid certification for forklift operation; additional certifications for clamp trucks or reach trucks are a plus

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

- Counterbalance, Reach and order picker: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

- English, Punjabi and Hindi (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
