Overview

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure exceptional cleanliness standards throughout the property, and support a positive guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hotel housekeeping experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure all areas are cleaned to standard.
- Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high-quality cleanliness.
- Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to verify cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Manage scheduling, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to optimize productivity.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment for routine maintenance and cleaning tasks.
- Assist with facilities maintenance issues as needed, including minor repairs or reporting larger concerns.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing heavy lifting or handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Skills

- Minimum 2 years of hotel housekeeping experience,



preferably with supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
- Proven custodial experience with knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures and standards.
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with guests or staff.
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a busy environment while prioritizing tasks.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic facilities maintenance techniques.
- Experience with heavy lifting and physical tasks involved in cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Excellent customer service skills to address guest needs promptly and professionally.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to custodial work, including proper handling of cleaning supplies.
