Duties
- Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and procedures by restraining animals and preparing necessary supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records efficiently
- Educate pet owners on post-treatment care, medication instructions, and preventive health measures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas, kennels, and exam rooms to uphold high standards of hygiene
- Handle phone inquiries professionally,
answer questions about services, and coordinate appointment scheduling
Qualifications
- Animal loving and client service driven
- Previous experience working with animals or in a veterinary setting is highly valued
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving clinic needs
