Responsibilities

- Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote property listings across various channels
- Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for clients
- Manage administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records
- Communicate clearly with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions
- Conduct property viewings, open houses,



and market research to stay informed about current listings and market trends
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally

Experience

- Proven experience in real estate sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent marketing skills with familiarity in digital advertising and social media promotion
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse client populations effectively
- Previous administrative experience supporting real estate operations or related fields is advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple listings, appointments, and client interactions efficiently

Pay: $50,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
