Duties

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Provide attentive caregiving to meet each child's individual needs with patience and enthusiasm
- Support children with diverse abilities, including those with disabilities, ensuring an inclusive experience for all
- Foster positive relationships through effective communication, encouragement, and active engagement
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to health and safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with colleagues and families to monitor progress and share insights about each child's growth
- Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, diapering,



and transitions to promote comfort and stability

Qualifications

- Prior classroom experience working with young children or in early childhood education settings is preferred
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly valued
- Demonstrated teaching skills that inspire curiosity and learning in children
- Strong caregiving abilities combined with patience, empathy, and positive energy
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is a plus but not required

Pay: $15.50-$18.90 per hour
