We are a rapid-paced bubble tea shop dedicated to delivering high-quality drinks and excellent customer service. We’re looking for reliable and energetic team members who thrive in a team environment and enjoy working with customers in the Bayview and Major Mackenzie Coco location. This role requires strong reliability and full flexibility.

Requirements (Please read carefully before applying):

- Must be available for both morning AND closing/night shifts
- Must be available weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
- Punctual, dependable, and able to commit to scheduled shifts
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Capable to stand for long periods
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and capacity to work as part of a team are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve bubble tea drinks accurately and efficiently according to company standards
- Provide friendly and excellent customer service
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and online orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Support team operations during busy hours
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and transactions.
