Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Service Advisor who brings a strong technical understanding of horse trailer and RV parts, exceptional customer service skills, and efficient schedule management to our team. In this role, you will act as the crucial bridge between our customers, service technicians, and parts department to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

- Customer Experience & Sales: Greet customers, manage expectations, address service needs, and actively upsell relevant parts and additional service work to drive revenue.
- Service Scheduling & Workflow: Coordinate job schedules to maximize technician efficiency, assist in setting weekly proficiency targets, and keep customers updated on job status and estimate approvals.
- Parts & Operations Coordination:



Work closely with the Parts Advisor to ensure required components are ready for technicians, assist with inventory control, reconciliations, and showroom displays.
- Administrative & Financial Management: Input detailed customer records into the CRM, handle cash/office transactions, ensure all work orders (WOs) are closed at month-end, and support the Operations Manager with warranty claims and invoicing.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Parts & Service workplace.
- Product Knowledge: Strong, practical understanding of horse trailer and RV parts and systems.
- Skills: Excellent communication, proficiency with CRM systems, solid organizational habits, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
