Pay Rate: $20.00-$27.00
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead crew members, providing guidance, instruction, and support
- Install retaining walls, pavers, stone patios, etc.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure proper project execution
- Conduct daily inspection reports through SiteDocs
- Train and mentor crew members
- Provide daily project updates and progress reports
- Be open to a variety of different tasks that can differ day-to-day
Qualifications:
- Must have class 5 license and clean drivers abstract
- Minimum 2 years hardscaping experience installing retaining walls, pavers, stone patios, etc, safely and accurately cut stone according to plans
- Supervise and lead crew members
- Prep job sites, including grading, excavation, and compaction
- Operate and maintain hardscape equipment; tampers, cut-off saws, skid steers, ect.
- Good organization and time management skills
- Construction knowledge
