Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our vibrant team. Duties

- Plan and implement engaging educational activities aligned with early childhood education principles and curriculum standards
- Foster a welcoming environment that supports the individual needs of each child, including those with disabilities or special education requirements
- Observe, assess, and document children's progress to inform teaching strategies and communicate effectively with families
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring safety at all times
- Collaborate with team members to develop inclusive programs that promote bilingual (English/French) communication skills and cultural awareness
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, developmental milestones, and incident reports using computer systems
- Lead classroom routines such as circle time, snack time, and transitions while demonstrating strong organizational skills and time management

Qualifications

- Valid registration as an Early Childhood Educator with relevant licensing bodies
- Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings,



including classroom experience with diverse populations
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is highly desirable to support inclusive communication
- Experience working with children who have disabilities or require special education accommodations
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education practices, child development theories, and teaching strategies
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively engage with children, families, and team members
- Proficiency in computer operation for record keeping, documentation, and program planning purposes
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to manage classroom activities efficiently
- Exceptional organizational skills to coordinate daily routines and educational activities effectively
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment while maintaining a positive attitude
