Window Cleaner – Residential & Commercial

About the Role

We are hiring a reliable and hardworking Window Cleaner to join our team serving Durham Region.

The work is primarily residential, with some commercial jobs. This is a physically active, outdoor position that requires attention to detail, professionalism, and solid customer service.

Previous window-cleaning experience is an asset, but training can be provided.

Responsibilities

- Clean interior and exterior windows
- Complete residential and occasional commercial jobs
- Use ladders, tools, and cleaning equipment safely
- Protect customers’ homes, furniture, and property
- Inspect completed work to ensure clean, streak-free results
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Keep tools and equipment clean and organized
- Travel between job locations throughout Durham Region

Qualifications

- Valid driver’s licence required
- Reliable truck or SUV required
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently




- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work
- Comfortable using ladders
- Strong attention to detail
- Friendly and professional with customers
- Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Previous window-cleaning or exterior-cleaning experience is an asset

Pay: Earn 25% commission on every job completed, keep 100% of all tips, and earn additional commission through approved upsells.

Work Location

Jobs are located throughout Durham Region, including Whitby, Oshawa, Ajax, Pickering, Courtice, Bowmanville, and surrounding areas.
