We are looking for a full time Dental Receptionist, to join our amazing team!

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients
- Answering incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule, confirm and manage patient appointments
- Verify insurance coverage and proces insurance claims
- collect patient payments
- Coordinate appointment reminders and follow up communications
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and texts
- Day end closing

Compensation & Perks

- Starting wage from $19/hour (dependent on experience)
