Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain cleanliness and safety across our facilities. This role is essential in ensuring a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and facilities maintenance, with a strong commitment to quality work and safety standards. Duties

- Perform routine cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming as needed
- Disinfect surfaces to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and break areas
- Conduct minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or reporting larger repairs to maintenance staff
- Ensure trash receptacles are emptied regularly and waste is disposed of properly




- Follow safety procedures during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment

Qualifications

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks thoroughly and efficiently
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills to complete daily tasks within scheduled hours
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable work ethic with a focus on safety and quality standards

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
