We are looking for a reliable part time person to help milk cows on our dairy farm.
Job duties include:
- Milking cows and following proper milking procedures
- Preparing cows for milking and ensuring cows are milked properly
- Cleaning and maintaining the milking equipment and parlour
- Checking cow health and alerting us to any issues
- General barn and livestock care as needed
Schedule:
- Part-time
- Evening shifts (3:30-6:30)
Requirements:
- Dependable and on time
- Comfortable working around livestock
- Ability to work independently
- Farm or livestock experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person
Pay:
- Competitive hourly wage, based on experience
Location:
- Williamstown Ontario
