Looking to hire a skilled labourer who knows how to proficiently frame and drywall.

This role is for someone who understands the full renovation process from start to finish, takes pride in quality, and can either execute tasks independently or quickly learn and adapt to recent ones.

Requirements:

Experience in interior residential renovations Strong framing and drywall skills Carpentry experience: baseboards, casings, door installation, trim work

Plumbing and Electrical understanding is a bonus

Ability to handle in-between tasks across trades (site adjustments, prep, corrections)

Good eye for detail and quality control Works efficiently and maintains a clean, organized workspace

Reliable, punctual, and professional on site

Able to follow direction and also take initiative when needed

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting and executing all stages of renovations from demo to finishing





Working alongside different trades and bridging gaps between scopes

Ensuring work meets quality standards and project timelines

Problem solving on site and adapting to changing conditions

Ideal Candidate:

Someone who is not limited to one trade, understands how everything ties together, and is capable of handling tasks from A to Z with minimal supervision.
