Sentry Property Group Inc. is hiring an Assistant Project Manager (Construction) to support the successful delivery of development and construction projects across Ontario. This role is ideal for someone who understands construction workflows and wants to take on more ownership-helping manage project scopes, schedules, costs, and coordination with trades.

What You'll Do

- Assist the Project Manager with planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects

- Coordinate trades, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

- Support project scheduling, milestone tracking, and site coordination

- Help manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement activities

- Track project costs, POs, invoices, and budget updates; escalate risks early

- Participate in site meetings, ensure action items are followed up, and document progress

- Support quality control, deficiency tracking, and closeout handover documentation

- Maintain strong communication with all parties to keep work moving smoothly

What You Bring





- 2-5 years of experience in construction (coordination, site supervision, APM, or similar)

- Solid understanding of construction documentation and project lifecycles

- Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills

- Comfortable working with schedules, budgets, and multiple stakeholders

- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel/Outlook/Word)

- Ability to travel to project sites as needed (Ontario)

Bonus (Nice to Have)

- Experience with Procore / Bluebeam / MS Project

- Education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar

- Certifications like CAPM/PMP (not required)
