We're currently seeking experienced construction and irrigation leaders to join our team for exciting golf course construction projects in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is more than a seasonal opportunity. We have multi-year golf course construction projects in the Vancouver, British Columbia area.

Construction projects throughout British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario are underway, providing the potential for year-round, full-time employment with LU Golf & Fields. LUGF has a regionalized approach, building teams in Western Canada and Ontario. This provides flexibility for people to either move with the projects within the country or stay in a particular province as project backlog allows.

- Have experience in golf course construction, heavy civil construction, earthworks, grading, irrigation, utilities, or related industries.

- Enjoy mentoring crews and building high-performing teams.




- Take pride in delivering exceptional projects from the ground up.
- Are open to travelling throughout Western Canada as projects evolve.
