Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Food Processing Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations, ensure high standards of product quality, and lead team members on the processing floor. The ideal candidate will maintain safe working conditions, enforce food safety and regulatory standards, and optimize daily production outputs.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education & Experience:
- Completion of secondary school or several years of experience in the food or beverage processing industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in food production, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety principles.
- Language: French (required).
- Availability: Versatile to work various shifts and weekends as needed.

Main Responsibilities

- Operations: Manage daily floor workflow from raw material handling through final packaging.
- Scheduling: Assign shift goals and schedule staff to consistently hit volume and efficiency targets.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), health standards, MAPAQ,



and food safety regulations; ensure full compliance with workplace safety procedures.
- Team Leadership: Train new hires on equipment operation, safety protocols, GMP guidelines, and hygiene standards.
- Reporting & Collaboration: Maintain accurate production records, complete operational reports, and collaborate with Maintenance and Quality Assurance teams to resolve line issues.
