Responsibilities

- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture to ensure a spotless environment.
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other supplies to meet guest needs.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms to uphold hotel standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures using industrial cleaning equipment and supplies.




- Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and guests.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to maintain overall hotel hygiene.

Requirements

- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning equipment, and safety procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
- Prior experience in hospitality or hotel environments is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
