Responsibilities

- Remove and install tires using hand tools and power tools, ensuring proper fitment and safety standards
- Inspect tires for damage, wear, and proper tread depth; recommend replacements or repairs as needed
- Perform wheel alignments, balancing, and other basic maintenance tasks to optimize vehicle performance
- Assist customers by explaining tire options, maintenance procedures, and answering questions with a friendly attitude
- Use heavy lifting techniques safely to handle tires and wheels during installation or removal
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency




- Conduct routine inspections of tire inventory and ensure proper storage of tools and equipment

Experience

- Dealership experience or automotive repair background highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, tire components, and basic maintenance procedures
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during tire installation or replacement tasks
- Previous experience in automotive sales or maintenance is a plus but not required
