Tinman Industries is a locally owned HVAC and sheet metal contractor serving Greater Victoria. We specialize in commercial and residential HVAC installations and take pride in delivering quality workmanship, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.

As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker to join our team. Whether your background is primarily commercial, residential, or both, we’d like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
-Install HVAC systems, ductwork, and ventilation systems for commercial and residential projects.

-Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications.

-Fabricate and install sheet metal components.

-Install furnaces, heat pumps, HRVs, air conditioning systems, and ventilation equipment.

-Ensure installations meet current codes and company quality standards.

-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

-Mentor apprentices and contribute to a positive team culture.

-Represent Tinman Industries professionally on every job site.

Qualifications:





-Red Seal or BC Journeyman Sheet Metal Certificate (or equivalent experience).

-Experience in commercial and/or residential HVAC installations.

-Valid BC Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record.

-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Reliable, motivated, and committed to producing quality work.
