Woodstock Tire Service Ltd is hiring a Commercial Tire Technician! we are a family owned independent Tire shop located in Woodstock Ontario.

Position: Commercial Tire Technician

Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Competitive Hourly Pay (based on experience) + On-Call Callout Pay

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Tire Technician to join our team. In this role, you will handle emergency roadside assistance, commercial fleet tire service, and routine tire maintenance. Key Responsibilities

- Perform in office tire repair, replacement, and balancing for commercial trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment.
- Respond to scheduled service calls as well as after-hours emergency roadside service on a rotating schedule.




- Inspect tires and rims for damage or wear and recommend appropriate solutions to customers.
- Maintain assigned service truck, ensuring tools, safety equipment, and inventory are organized and clean.
- Adhere strictly to company safety standards and OSHA/DOT regulations.
- Fix, replace passenger vehicle tires

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Proven experience in commercial tire service (TIA certification is a plus).
- Driver’s License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred or required depending on truck class).
- Availability: Willingness to participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift heavy commercial tires/wheels (75+ lbs) and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, and capable of working independently in the field.
