Contracting.com is looking for a reliable, creative Part-Time Videographer to help film video content with our CEO at our location in Cumberland, Ontario.

This is a small, ongoing commitment of approximately 3–4 hours every two weeks, ideally during one weekday afternoon.

This position is 100% in-person in Cumberland, Ontario. If you are unable to come to our location for filming, please do not apply.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work directly with our CEO and team to help film content for:

- YouTube videos
- Instagram/Facebook Reels and other short-form content
- Paid social media ads
- Other marketing and educational video content

Your responsibilities will include:

- Setting up cameras, lighting, microphones, and the filming area
- Helping frame and prepare shots
- Operating the camera and monitoring audio/video during filming
- Helping the CEO move efficiently through multiple pieces of content during each filming session
- Tearing down and organizing equipment after filming

What You Won’t Need to Do

Video editing is not required. Our team handles post-production.

You also do not need to own professional equipment. We already have most of the cameras, lighting, audio, and other equipment needed for filming. If you have equipment you prefer working with, you’re welcome to let us know.

Who We’re Looking For





You may be a excellent fit if you:

- Have experience filming professional-looking video content
- Understand camera framing, lighting, and audio
- Are comfortable filming both long-form and short-form content
- Can work independently and efficiently during filming sessions
- Are dependable and punctual
- Are available for approximately 3–4 hours every two weeks
- Can reliably travel to Cumberland, Ontario
- Are comfortable working directly with a CEO in a fast-paced filming environment

Experience filming YouTube content, Reels, social media ads, podcasts, interviews, or talking-head content is an asset.

Schedule

Part-time / Freelance

Approximately 3–4 hours every two weeks, preferably during a weekday afternoon.

Filming will take place in person in Cumberland, Ontario.
