THE DETAILS - WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Develop strong relationships with customers and treat customers like family
- Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner, with confidence, energy, and professionalism
- Match customers with the right vehicle by listening and understanding their needs
- Keep detailed records of all interactions with customers
- Follow up relentlessly and manage leads
- Make prospecting calls and follow-up with customers within specific timeframes
- Guide the full sales process from test drive to delivery
- Stay up to date on all dealership training programs, products, accessories and the industry
- Be a champion for always delivering excellent service
- Always maintain a high level of professional appearance

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - SPECIFIC SKILLS

- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with high energy,



strong work ethic and positive mindset
- Excellent customer service skills including listening and the ability to impact and influence others
- Organized and an attention to detail with the ability to document customer needs
- Coachable, competitive, and goal-driven
- Sales experience is an asset (automotive experience a bonus, not required)
- Provincially licensed as recognized by OMVIC or be able to attain
- Adaptable to work evening and weekend shifts as scheduled
- Holds a valid G Ontario driver’s license
