Pro Recreation Management is seeking seasonal lifeguards for our private condo and townhouse complexes this spring/summer 2026 all across the GTA including Mississauga, Brampton, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke and Burlington. Please check out our web site at: www.prorecreation.com

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Enforce pool and safety regulations as posted
- Ensures safety of all swimmers
- Open and close the pool as per the schedule
- Perform maintenance duties (Includes being responsible for a clean pool and deck area, testing the chemical levels and balance when necessary, ensuring correct pool temperature, etc)
- Keeping accurate documentation as required
- Ensures all pool equipment is working in a satisfactory manner and reports any issues promptly

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:





- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must have a valid Standard First Aid with CPR-C certification
- Must have a current National Lifeguard certification
- Ability to work well independently
- Excellent Communication skills
- Must be safety conscious
- Must be dependable
