Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Manager to oversee daily operations, including packing customer orders, making deliveries, and growing our customer base through sales. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working independently, meeting new people, and helping a local business grow.

Responsibilities

Pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. Deliver products to restaurants, retail stores, and individual customers. Build and maintain robust customer relationships. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Represent Lambtastic Farms in a professional and friendly manner. Manage inventory and help keep operations organized. Assist with other duties as required in a family business environment.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills.



Sales experience or the confidence to develop new business. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced family business. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Able to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs).Experience in food service, delivery, agriculture, or sales is an asset but not required. knowledge of lamb cuts is a must.

Pay: $16.11-$20.00 per hour
