Lumenpath Psychotherapy
Canada
Psychotherapist (Full RP Registration)/ Registered Social Worker (RSW)
LumenPath Psychotherapy & Social Work Services is a growing multidisciplinary mental health practice with clinics in Milton, Vaughan, and Belleville, Ontario. We are looking for a compassionate, clinically skilled, and growth-oriented Psychotherapist (RP) / Registered Social Worker (RSW) to join our expanding team.
This is more than a therapy position. We are looking for a clinician who is keen to learn, develop advanced clinical skills, pursue additional certifications, and grow their career within a supportive and expanding practice.
The ideal candidate is an experienced therapist who is confident providing psychotherapy independently while also being enthusiastic about learning new therapeutic modalities, working with diverse populations, and expanding into specialized clinical services.
What Makes This Opportunity Different?
At LumenPath, clinicians have the opportunity to work with multiple populations, presenting concerns, and clinical modalities rather than being limited to one type of client or service.
Depending on your interests, experience, and professional goals, you may have opportunities to develop skills in:
- EMDR therapy – for clinicians already trained, practicing, or interested in pursuing EMDR training
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
- Trauma-informed and trauma-focused interventions
- Somatic and body-based approaches
- Mindfulness-based interventions
- Attachment-focused approaches
- Evidence-based interventions for anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, and relationship concerns
- Clinical assessment and formulation
- Case management and care coordination
- Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) rehabilitation-related clinical services
- Psychosocial and clinical documentation
- Working within multidisciplinary and rehabilitation teams
We value clinicians who are curious, teachable, motivated, and committed to continuous professional development.
If you are an EMDR therapist, EMDR-trained clinician, currently practicing EMDR, or someone who is interested in becoming trained in EMDR and other advanced modalities, we would be particularly interested in hearing from you.
Professional Growth & Learning
LumenPath is committed to supporting clinicians who want to build a long-term career in mental health.
As the practice continues to grow, clinicians may have opportunities to:
- Develop competency in additional therapeutic modalities
- Pursue relevant professional certifications and specialized training
- Gain exposure to trauma-focused and complex clinical presentations
- Expand clinical experience across different age groups and populations
- Work alongside experienced mental health professionals
- Gain exposure to multidisciplinary rehabilitation services
- Develop skills in clinical assessment, documentation, and case formulation
- Participate in psychologist-supervised clinical opportunities where applicable
- Gain experience with MVA-related clinical documentation and assessments
- Learn about rehabilitation-focused mental health services and OCF-related documentation
- Contribute to clinical program development and quality improvement
- Take on additional clinical responsibilities as your experience and interests develop
You will learn a lot at LumenPath. We are looking for clinicians who want to continuously expand their knowledge rather than simply maintain the same clinical scope.
