We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and design-savvy Home Design & Sales Advisor to help customers create beautiful, livable spaces.

The Opportunity

As a key member of our Coquitlam Centre team, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customers in-store, delivering a warm and personalized shopping experience. You’ll have the chance to combine your passion for interiors with strong sales and service skills, offering thoughtful design suggestions rooted in Scandinavian principles: clean lines, natural materials, and timeless functionality.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Engage with customers to understand their design preferences and offer product solutions
- Provide personalized design advice and consultations in a warm, approachable manner
- Promote merchandise that aligns with customers’ lifestyle needs and aesthetic goals
- Operate POS system and handle sales transactions accurately
- Help merchandise the showroom to reflect seasonal trends and Hygge principles
- Organize design samples, assist with inventory, and lift/move furniture as needed
- Contribute to content creation for social media showcasing our collections and store ambiance
- Support the Boutique Showroom Manager with day-to-day operations and special projects
- Ensure the daily upkeep of the store,

What We’re Looking For

- A passion for home décor and a natural eye for design
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service (1 year preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive team player
- A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of interior design is a strong asset
- Ability to speak Farsi or Mandarin is a robust asset, to better support and connect with our diverse community of customers
