About the Position

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Breakfast Cook to join our restaurant team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of cooking experience, enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, and takes pride in preparing fresh, high-quality breakfast dishes.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook breakfast items according to recipes and restaurant standards
- Prepare eggs, omelets, pancakes, waffles, French toast, bacon, sausages, and other breakfast dishes
- Set up and maintain the breakfast station before and during service
- Ensure food is prepared and served efficiently and consistently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Properly store and label food products
- Monitor food quality and freshness
- Work efficiently as part of a kitchen team during busy breakfast periods
- Assist with kitchen cleaning, prep work, and closing duties as required

Qualifications





- 1–2 years of cooking experience, preferably in a restaurant or breakfast environment
- Experience with breakfast food preparation is an asset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong attention to food quality and presentation
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies as required
