Bayview Wildwood Resort, a historic lakeside resort on Sparrow Lake and part of the Ascend Collection by Choice Hotels, is seeking a professional and customer-focused Guest Services & Reservations Agent to join our Front Office team.

This is a unionized position represented by Unifor Local 1411. Wages and working conditions are governed by a collective agreement.

Position Summary

Provide exceptional guest service while supporting front desk, reservations, billing, and cashiering operations in a fast-paced resort environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist guests professionally
- Complete guest check-ins and check-outs
- Process reservations by phone, email, and online systems
- Provide concierge-style guest support




- Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally
- Process guest payments and support in-market cashing out of guests
- Balance cash, complete cashier and revenue reports
- Upsell resort services and packages
- Maintain accurate guest and reservation records
- Support administrative and team duties as required

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of hotel, resort, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic math and cash-handling experience
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask and work independently and in a team

Physical & Work Requirements

- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
- Occasional lifting, bending, and filing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

Pay: $19.60-$20.10 per hour
