Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead our clients' HR initiatives and foster a dynamic, inclusive workplace culture. This pivotal role involves overseeing all facets of human resources management, including talent acquisition, stream line business operations, employee relations, program management, and process improvement, project management, as well as compensation equity reviews. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach to change management, and extensive experience supervising HR teams. As a key leader, you will drive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring operational excellence across HR functions such as payroll, HRIS systems like ADP, Workday or Oracle HCM, and HR sourcing platforms. Your leadership will empower our workforce and cultivate a positive employee experience.

Duties

- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support organizational growth and employee engagement.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing recruiting processes through ATS platforms & ensuring effective sourcing and interviewing practices.
- Oversee employee relations initiatives to promote a positive work environment, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Manage HR programs related to training & development, performance management, and succession planning to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Drive process improvements in HR operations by utilizing data analysis skills and HRIS systems like Workday, Dayforce,



or UltiPro to optimize workflows.
- Supervise HR team members, providing guidance on negotiation strategies, onboarding procedures, and HR sourcing techniques.
- Administer payroll systems including ADP or Kronos to ensure accurate compensation processing and reporting.

Requirements

- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on change management and program oversight.
- Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, recruiting strategies, and employee relations within diverse organizations.
- Solid supervisory experience leading HR teams with excellent communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors or PeopleSoft; proficiency in data collection and analysis is essential.
- Familiarity with payroll processing platforms like ADP or Kronos; experience with training & development programs is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent presentation skills for delivering training sessions and strategic updates to leadership teams.

Pay: $140,000.00-$163,571.92 per year
